On October 8, Cresset Asset Management announced its acquisition of CH Investment Partners.
Cresset Asset Management (“Cresset”) announced, on October 8, 2024, its acquisition of CH Investment Partners. The acquisition will bring 37 new employee partners to Cresset. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Cresset, based in Chicago, is a multi-family office and private investment firm for entrepreneurs, CEO founders, wealth creators, executives, and partners, as well as high-net-worth and multi-generational families. As of October 2024, Cresset had $55 billion in assets under management.
CH Investment Partners, based in Dallas, is a multi-family office and private investment firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families. As of October 2024, CH Investment Partners had $6.2 billion in assets under management. Raymond James served as CH Investment Partners' investment banker on the transaction.
