On March 22, 2023, Credent Wealth Management announced that TruNorth Financial Solutions and Miller Private Wealth have joined its business.
Under the terms of the agreements, TruNorth Financial Solutions (“TruNorth”) and Miller Private Wealth (“MPW”) have joined Credent Wealth Management (“Credent”). Mike Pepin of TruNorth and Tracy Miller of MPW joined Credent as partners in February.
Credent, based in Auburn, Indiana, is a financial planning and advisory firm. As of July, 2022, Credent had $1.3 billion in assets under management.
TruNorth, based in River Falls, Wisconsin, is a financial advisory firm.
MPW, based in Oklahoma City, is a financial advisory firm.
