Credent Wealth Management (“Credent”) announced on July 9 2025, that it acquired TFG Advisors (“TFG”). TFG’s seven-member team will join Credent. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Credent, based in Auburn, Indiana, is a fee-only registered investment advisor specializing in financial planning and investments. Credent has $3.5 billion in assets under management.
TFG, based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is a registered investment advisor offering wealth management, portfolio design and analysis, tax, risk management and estate services. TFG has approximately $420 million in assets under management.
