On October 1, 2024, Credent Wealth Management announced that it acquired Clarify Wealth Management.
Credent Wealth Management (“Credent”) announced on October 1, 2024, that it acquired Clarify Wealth Management (“Clarify”). Clarify founding partners, James Brandenburgh, Aubrey Ramey, and Brad Clark, will join Credent as partners. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Credent, based in Auburn, Indiana, is a fee-only registered investment advisor specializing in financial planning and investments. As of April 2024, Credent had $2.5 billion in assets under management.
Clarify, based in Cincinnati, Ohio, is a fee-only registered investment advisor specializing in investment management and financial planning for middle-class clients. Clarify had $450 million in assets under management.
