On March 7, 2023, Creative Planning LLC announced the acquisition of Telarray Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction, Creative Planning LLC (“Creative Planning”) acquired Telarray Advisors (“Telarray”). 18 Telarray employees will join the Creative Planning team. Further terms were not disclosed.
Creative Planning, based in Overland Park, Kansas, is a registered investment adviser specializing in family office and estate planning services. Creative Planning has over $225 billion in assets under advisement.
Telarray, based in Memphis, Tennessee offers wealth management and estate planning services. Telarray has $1 billion in assets under management. Park Sutton Advisors advised Telarray on the transaction.
