On March 1, 2022, it was announced that Creative Planning LLC acquired The Doman Group, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Creative Planning LLC (“Creative Planning”) acquired The Doman Group, LLC (“TDG”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Creative Planning, based in Overland Park, Kansas, is a registered investment adviser specializing in family office and estate planning services. Creative Planning serves both individual and institutional clients.
TDG, based in New York, New York, is a registered investment adviser that offers a wide variety of services including investment management, financial planning, tax preparation, family office services, alternative investment analysis, relocation services and more.
