On April 12, 2022, Creative Planning LLC announced that it had acquired Keystone Wealth Partners.
Under the terms of the transaction, Creative Planning LLC (“Creative Planning”) acquired Keystone Wealth Partners (“Keystone”). Further terms were not disclosed.
Creative Planning, based in Overland Park, Kansas, is a registered investment adviser specializing in family office and estate planning services. Creative Planning has over $225 billion in assets under advisement.
Keystone, based in Chandler, Arizona, offers wealth management and estate planning services. Keystone has over $644 million in assets under management.
