On November 30, 2021, Creative Planning LLC announced that it acquired Dashboard Wealth Advisors.
Under the terms of the transaction. Creative Planning LLC (“Creative Planning”) acquired Dashboard Wealth Advisors (“Dashboard”). Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Creative Planning, based in Overland Park, Kansas, is an independent wealth management firm providing retirement planning, trust services, estate planning, tax advice, family office, and investment management services to individuals along with 401(k) and institutional money management. Creative Planning has approximately $100 billion in assets under management.
Dashboard, based in Oak Brook, Illinois, is a wealth management firm. As of November 30, 2021, Dashboard had approximately $800 million in assets under management.
