On April 9, 2026, Corient announced its acquisition of Vivaldi Capital Management.
Corient announced, on April 9, 2026, its intention to acquire Vivaldi Capital Management (“Vivaldi”). Under the terms of the transaction, which is expected to close in the second quarter of 2026, the Vivaldi team will join Corient. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Corient, based in Miami, is a registered investment advisor offering wealth management and family office services. Corient manages approximately $227 billion in client assets.
Vivaldi, based in Chicago, is a registered investment advisor offering investment management and wealth planning services. Vivaldi has $5.6 billion in client assets.
