On January 22, 2025, Bogart Wealth, LLC (“Bogart”) announced a long-duration minority investment from Constellation Wealth Capital, LLC (“Constellation”). Under the terms of the transaction, Constellation acquired a minority interest in Bogart, with Bogart employees remaining majority owners. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Constellation, based in Chicago, is an alternative asset management platform dedicated to the wealth management sector. As of October 2024, Constellation had approximately $549.7 million in assets under management.
Bogart, based in McLean, Virginia, is an independent, fee-only wealth management firm offering comprehensive financial planning and wealth management services. As of February 2025, Bogart had approximately 2.7 billion in assets under management. Advisor Growth Strategies, LLC served as an advisor for Bogart on this transaction.
