On June 30, 2022 Colliers announced a partnership with Versus Capital.
Under the terms of the transaction, Colliers will acquire a 75% equity interest in Versus Capital Capital Advisors LLC (“Versus”). The balance will be retained by Versus’ co-founders and senior leadership team. All non-active shareholders will sell 100% of their interests in the firm. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022. Further terms were not disclosed.
Colliers (NASDAQ, TSC: CIGI), headquartered in Toronto, is a professional services and investment management company. Colliers has $65 billion of assets under management.
Versus, based in Denver, is a boutique investment management firm specializing in private and public real assets investing. Versus has approximately $6 billion in assets under management. Berkshire Global Advisors acted as financial advisor to Versus on the transaction.
