On October 10, 2022, Clifton Asset Management Plc announced the acquisition of Mark Phillips Ltd.
Under the terms of agreement, Clifton Asset Management Plc (“Clifton”) has acquired all the assets of Mark Phillips Ltd. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Clifton, based in Bristol, England, is an asset management firm. Clifton had approximately £1 billion in assets under management as of October 10, 2022.
Mark Phillips Ltd., based in Caerphilly, Wales, is an independent financial advisor with £40 million in assets under management as of October 10, 2022.
