On January 31, 2023, Choreo, LLC announced the acquisition of GreerWalker Wealth LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Choreo, LLC (“Choreo”) has completed the previously announced acquisition of GreerWalker Wealth LLC (“GreerWalker Wealth”) an affiliate entity of GreerWalker LLP. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Choreo is a Chicago based investment management firm. Choreo has approximately $14.8 billion in assets under management.
GreerWalker Wealth, based in Charlotte, North Carolina, is a registered investment advisor specializing in exit planning and M&A strategies for middle market companies. GreerWalker Wealth has approximately $275 million in client assets under management.
