Carson Wealth (“Carson”) announced, on September 26, 2024, that it acquired True North Financial (“True North”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Carson, based in Omaha, Nebraska, is the retail wealth management arm of Carson Group that provides financial advisory services. Carson Group manages roughly $38 billion in client assets.
True North, based in Billings, Montana, is a registered investment advisor that provides wealth management services. True North has approximately $400 million in assets under management.
