On February 23, 2026, Capital Constellation (“Capital Constellation”) announced it had formed a strategic partnership with Gallatin Point Capital (“Gallatin Point”). Under the terms of the transaction, Gallatin Point remains independently operated. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Capital Constellation, based in New York, is an investment program managed by Wafra (“Wafra”). Capital Constellation employs a private equity strategy and forms partnerships with investment teams.
Gallatin Point, based in Greenwich, Connecticut, is a private investment firm focusing on financial institutions and financial services businesses. As of February 2026, Gallatin Point had $6 billion in assets. Ardea Partners served as financial advisor to Gallatin Point in the transaction.
