On April 6, 2022, CAIS announced a $100 million investment from Reverence Capital Partners.
Under the terms of the transaction, CAIS will receive a $100 million investment from Reverence Capital Partners (“Reverence”). Reverence’s Managing Partner, Milton Berlinski, joined CAIS’s Board of Directors. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
CAIS, based in New York, New York, is an alternative investment platform for financial advisors. CAIS provides a broad selection of alternative investment strategies, including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, real estate, digital assets, and structured notes.
Reverence, based in New York, New York, is a private investment firm focused on thematic investing in global, middle-market financial services businesses through control and influence oriented investments in depositories and finance companies, asset and wealth management, insurance, capital markets and financial technology/payments.
