On August 26th, 2022, Buckingham Strategic Wealth, LLC announced that it will be acquiring Dental Wealth Advisors, LLC.
Under the terms of the transaction, Buckingham Strategic Wealth, LLC (“Buckingham”) will acquire Dental Wealth Advisors, LLC (“Dental Wealth Advisors”). Buckingham will take over the back-office advisory functions at Dental Wealth Advisors. The transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Buckingham, based Clayton, Missouri, is an SEC registered investment advisor offering services to individuals, families, nonprofits, and other organizations. Buckingham has $20.9 billion in regulatory assets under management.
Dental Wealth Advisors, based in Kirkland, Washington, is an SEC registered investment advisor specializing in the needs of dental practitioners and other dental practice personnel.
