On November 18, 2021, Venturi Private Wealth announced that it received an investment from Bravura Capital.
Under the terms of the transaction, Bravura Capital (“Bravura”) has made a strategic investment in Venturi Private Wealth (“Venturi”). Kent Weldon of Bravura will join Venturi’s board of advisors. Further terms were not disclosed.
Bravura is the private investment vehicle of Kent Weldon, formerly a partner at the private equity firm Thomas H. Lee.
Venturi, based in Austin, Texas is an investment adviser providing services to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients in the Southwest United States. Venturi has approximately $2.1 billion in assets under management. Berkshire Global Advisors acted as financial advisor to Venturi on the transaction.
