On October 26, 2022, Shamrock Capital announced that it received an investment from Bonaccord Capital Partners.
Under the terms of the agreement, Bonaccord Capital Partners (“Bonaccord”) has acquired a passive minority equity interest in Shamrock Capital (“Shamrock”). The investment will not impact day-to-day management Shamrock or its investment process. RidgeLake Partners, a partnership between Apogem Capital and Ottawa Capital, has also acquired a passive minority stake in Shamrock. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Bonaccord, based in New York City is private equity firm focused on the middle market.
Shamrock, based in Los Angeles, is an investment firm specializing in private equity investments to companies in the media and entertainment sectors.
