On June 21, 2023, Bonaccord Capital Partners announced its acquisition of a minority stake in Synova.
Under the terms of the transaction, Bonaccord Capital Partners (“Bonaccord”) has made a passive strategic investment in Synova. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Bonaccord, based in New York, is a private equity firm focused on acquiring non-controlling equity stakes in middle-market firms spanning private equity, private credit, and real estate and real assets. Bonaccord is a subsidiary of P10.
Synova, based in London, is a private equity firm that invests in companies valued between £20m and £250m in the UK, Ireland, and continental Europe. Synova announced in July 2022 the first and final close of its fifth-generation fund at a cap of £875m.
