BNY Wealth Management Subsidiaries to Merge

On September 14, 2012, citywire.co.uk reported that BNY Mellon will combine two of its subsidiaries, Insight Investment Management and Pareto Investment Management to create a £200 billion investment management firm.


On September 14, 2012, citywire.co.uk reported that BNY Mellon will merge two of its subsidiaries, Insight Investment Management and Pareto Investment Management, into a single investment management firm.  Pareto, a currency risk manager, will become part of Insight Group, operating as a separate regulated entity as one of Insight’s specialist investment teams.  Pareto will add approximately £27 billion to Insight’s assets under management.
