Bluespring Wealth Partners (“Bluespring”) announced, on May 20, 2026, that it acquired Synthesis Wealth Planning (“Synthesis”). Under the terms of the transaction, Synthesis has joined Bluespring’s community of advisory firms. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bluespring, based in Austin, Texas, is a wealth management platform specializing in the acquisition and support of wealth management firms and offering back-office resources, recruiting and succession planning, marketing and technology services to registered investment advisors.
Synthesis, based in Morristown, New Jersey, is a registered investment advisor offering financial planning and portfolio management services. Synthesis has approximately $1.1 billion in assets under management. MarshBerry served as financial advisor to Synthesis on the transaction.
