Bluespring Wealth (“Bluespring”) announced, on June 25, 2026, that it had acquired Element Wealth Advisors (“Element”). Under the terms of the transaction, Element will continue to operate under its existing branding. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bluespring, based in Austin, is a wealth management platform specializing in the acquisition and support of wealth management firms and offering back-office resources, recruiting and succession planning, marketing and technology services to registered investment advisors.
Element, based in Atlanta, is a wealth advisory firm specializing in financial and retirement planning. Element manages approximately $450 million in client assets.
