On October 25, 2021, BlockFi Inc. announced a partnership with Neuberger Berman.
Under the terms of the transaction, BlockFi Inc. (“BlockFi”) will partner with Neuberger Berman (“Neuberger”). The partnership will develop and distribute a series of crypto asset management products and strategies, housed in a separate entity called BlockFi nb LLC. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Neuberger, based in New York, New York, is a global private, independent, employee-owned investment manager, serving institutions, advisors, and individual investors. As of September 30, 2021, Neuberger managed approximately $437 billion in client assets.
BlockFi, based in Jersey City, New Jersey, is a financial services company, focusing on cryptocurrencies.
