On February 14, 2022, Blackstone Group announced an agreement to acquire a minority interest in ASK Investment Managers Limited.
Under the terms of the transaction, Blackstone will acquire a majority stake in ASK Investment Managers Limited (“ASK”). Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Blackstone (NYSE: BX), based in New York, is an asset management firm. Blackstone has approximately $881 billion in assets under management.
ASK, based in Mumbai, is a wealth management firm catering to high-net-worth individuals. As of December 31, 2021, ASK had over $10.6 billion in assets under management.
