BlackRock Acquires Deutsche Bank U.K. Real Estate Funds

On December 19, 2012, trefis.com reported that BlackRock (NYSE:BLK) had entered an agreement with Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) to acquire £335 million in U.K.-based real estate funds managed by Deutsche Bank’s RREEF unit.

On December 19, 2012, trefis.com reported that BlackRock (NYSE:BLK) had entered an agreement with Deutsche Bank (NYSE:DB) to certain U.K.-based real estate funds managed by Deutsche Bank’s RREEF unit.  The transaction will add approximately £335 million in assets to BlackRock’s U.K. Property Fund.  BlackRock currently manages approximately £2 billion in property funds in the U.K.
