On November 18, 2025, Beacon Pointe Advisors announced its acquisition of Hemington Wealth Management.
Beacon Pointe Advisors (“Beacon Pointe”) announced, on November 18, 2025, that it acquired Hemington Wealth Management (“Hemington”). Under the terms of the transaction, Hemington’s existing team will remain in place. The transaction formally closed on November 15, 2025. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Beacon Pointe, based in Newport Beach, California, is a registered investment advisor providing wealth management, institutional consulting, and retirement services. Following this transaction, Beacon Pointe has approximately $55 billion in assets under advisement.
Hemington, based in Falls Church, Virginia, is a registered investment advisor offering wealth management services. Hemington has approximately $1.2 billion in assets under management. Advisor Growth Strategies acted as advisor to Hemington on the transaction.
