Banque Cramer to Acquire Valartis

On May 16, 2014, reuters.com reported that Swiss private bank Banque Cramer & Cie will acquire the wealth management business of Valartis Group in a cash and stock deal.


On May 16, 2014, reuters.com reported that Swiss private bank Banque Cramer & Cie will acquire the wealth management business of Valartis Group for an undisclosed sum. As part of the transaction, the bank will also take a 25% stake in Norinvest Holding, Cramer’s parent company. In addition, Valartis Group will take a board seat at both Cramer and Norinvest.
