On January 25, 2022, Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated announced that it had entered into an agreement to acquire Hefren-Tillotson Inc.
Under the terms of the transaction, Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated (“Baird”) will acquire Hefren-Tillotson Inc. (“Hefren”). The deal is expected to close in June. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Baird, based in Milwaukie, Wisconsin, is an international asset and wealth management firm specializing in employee-owned wealth management, capital markets, and private equity. Baird has over $200 billion in client assets.
Hefren, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a privately held, full-service wealth management firm with more than $18 billion in client assets.
