Azimut announced an investment in Diaman Partners Ltd.
Under the terms of the transaction, Azimut will acquire a 20% stake in Diaman Partners Ltd. (“Diaman”). The acquisition is expected to close pending regulatory approval from the relevant governmental bodies. Further terms were not disclosed.
Azimut, based in Milan, Italy, an asset management firm. As of July 2022, Azimut had over €81 billion in assets under management.
Diaman, based in Valletta, Malta, is an investment manager specializing in cryptocurrencies and digital assets.
