On October 5, 2017, Aviva announced an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Wealthify Group Limited.
The terms of the agreement were not disclosed. The acquisition remains subject to regulatory approval.
Aviva is a London-based, global provider of insurance and asset management services. Aviva’s asset management business, Aviva Investors, provides services to both external clients and Aviva, and currently has over £340 billion in assets under management.
Wealthify Group Limited is a Wales-based ‘robo’ investment service that offers diverse investment plans via tax free individual savings and general investment accounts to the UK mass market.
