On February 28, 2022, it was announced that AssetCo PLC will acquire Revera Asset Management Ltd.
Under the terms of the transaction, AssetCo PLC (“AssetCo”) will acquire Revera Asset Management Ltd. (“Revera”) for £2.8m. The deal is conditional on approval by the Financial Conduct Authority to the change in controller and the admission of the new shares to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur by the end of May.
AssetCo (LON: ASTO), based in the Monmouth, United Kingdom, acquires, manages, and operates asset and wealth management activities and interests.
Revera, based in Edinburgh, is an independent fund management business which was founded in 2003.
