On March 6, 2023, AssetCo PLC announced the acquisition of Ocean Dial Asset Management.
Under the terms of the transaction, AssetCo PLC (“AssetCo”) has acquired all the assets of Ocean Dial Asset Management (“Ocean Dial”) in exchange for £4.125 million. Ocean Dial will join AssetCo’s equity asset management division. Further terms were not disclosed.
AssetCo (LON: ASTO), based in London, is an investment management firm that acquires, manages, and operates asset and wealth management activities and interests.
Ocean Dial is a London based asset manager operating primarily in the Indian market. Ocean Dial is a wholly owned subsidiary of Avendus Capital Private Limited.
