On June 11, 2024, Arax Investment Partners, LLC announced an acquisition of SRS Capital Advisors, Inc.
Arax Investment Partners, LLC (“Arax”) announced on June 11, 2024, that it acquired SRS Capital Advisor, Inc. (“SRS”). SRS will continue to be led by Managing Directors David Simon, Michael Riordan and Patrick South. Further terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Arax, based in New York, is a wealth management platform focused on making strategic investments and supporting RIAs, hybrid wealth managers, and advisor teams. As of June 2024, Arax had $19 billion in assets under management.
SRS, based in Denver, is a registered investment advisor serving high-net-worth families and individuals, businesses, and foundations. As of May 2024, SRS managed $1.4 billion in client assets. Park Sutton Advisors, LLC served as financial advisor to SRS on the transaction.
