Angeles Wealth Management (“Angeles”) announced, on January 13, 2026, that it acquired XO Capital (“XO”). Under the terms of the transaction, the XO team will join Angeles. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Angeles, based in Santa Monica, California, is a registered investment advisor offering wealth management services. Angeles has approximately $2.6 billion in assets under management.
XO, based in Santa Monica, California, is a registered investment advisor offering family office, business management and investment management services. XO has approximately $187 million in assets under management.
