Amundi SA to Acquire 37% Stake in SBI Funds

On May 23, 2011, dnaindia.com reported that European asset management firm Amundi SA will acquire a 37% stake in SBI Funds Management.


On May 23, 2011, dnaindia.com reported that European asset management firm Amundi SA will acquire a 37% stake in SBI Funds Management from Societe Generale Asset Management.  SBI Funds Management is a joint venture between Societe Generale SA, a French asset manager, and the State Bank of India.  Amundi has approximately €690.5 billion of assets under management.
