Amundi and Indosuez Invest in AirFund

On November 14, Amundi and Indosuez Wealth Management announced the acquisition of a stake in AirFund.

Under the terms of the transaction, Amundi and Indosuez Wealth Management (“Indosuez”) have led a round of €6 million in funding to AirFund. Through the deal, Amundi and Indosuez became minority shareholders in AirFund and will participate in AirFund’s governance and strategic committee. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Amundi, based in Paris, France, is a European asset manager working with retail, institutional, and corporate clients. As of October 2023, Amundi had €1.95 trillion in assets under management.

Indosuez, based in Paris, France, is the private banking brand of the Crédit Agricole group. As of August 2023, Indosuez had €130 billion assets under management.

AirFund, based in Paris, France, is a digital platform that facilitates the link between management companies and distributors of Private Markets funds with retail investors.
