On November 22, 2023, Amber River Group announced that it had acquired a majority of TAM Asset Management.
Under the terms of the transaction, Amber River Group (“Amber River”) announced that it had acquired a majority stake in TAM Asset Management. Further terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Amber River, based in London, is a financial advisory firm that provides mortgage, retirement, insurance, estate, and investment management services. As of November 2023, Amber River had approximately £10 billion in assets under management.
TAM Asset Management, based in London, is an independent discretionary investment manager that partners with financial advisers and intermediaries. As of November 2023, TAM Asset Management had approximately £650 million in assets under management.
