On April 26, 2023, Allworth Financial, L.P. announced the acquisition of McDaniel Knutson Financial Partners.
Under the terms of the agreement, Allworth Financial, L.P. (“Allworth”) has acquired McDaniel Knutson Financial Partners (“MKFP”). Financial terms were not disclosed.
Allworth, based in Sacramento California, is a registered investment advisor with 30 offices nationwide and approximately $15 billion in assets under advisement.
MKFP is a financial advisory firm based in Lawrence, Kansas. MKFP has $506 million in client assets under management.
