On August 1, 2022, Alera Group Wealth Services announced its acquisition of Johnson Brunetti.
Under the terms of the transaction, Alera Group Wealth Services (“Alera”) acquired Johnson Brunetti. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Alera, based in Illinois, is a wealth management firm offering financial planning, wealth management, and investment services to families and individuals.
Johnson Brunetti, based in Connecticut, specializes in retirement and investment services. Johnson Brunetti has approximately $1.5 billion in client assets under management and approximately $1.5 billion in annuity and insurance assets.
