Advisors Asset Management and Rothschild in strategic partnership

On March 30, 2016, Advisors Asset Management announced a strategic partnership with Rothschild Asset Management Inc.

The strategic partnership will combine the national distribution model of Advisors Asset Management (“AAM”) with the investment management capabilities of Rothschild Asset Management Inc. (“Rothschild”). Previously, AAM has entered into partnerships with other investment managers, including KKR Asset Management, Shenkman Capital, Bahl & Gaynor Investment Counsel and Hartford Investment Management Co., to provide investment products to a larger client base.

AAM is a broker-dealer and investment advisor that offers access to UITs, open- and closed-end mutual funds, separately managed accounts, structured products and fixed income markets. As of December 31, 2015, AAM served as an advisor to approximately $15.8 billion in assets.

Rothschild, based in New York, manages investments in U.S. securities, including large-cap, small/mid-cap, small-cap, and balanced strategies. It is a part of Rothschild&Co, which is a large, independent financial advisory group.
